Available mid November. Two bedroom, one bath ground level apartment located in Brookneal. Property has a stove, fridge and dishwasher. Water and trash included in rent. This property is in a gorgeous area of Brookneal with lots of room to enjoy the outdoors on your own deck! This apartment does have washer/dryer hookups.
Lynchburg Shriner's Club is here for your rental! You can rent this huge space for your next birthday party, family reunion, rehearsal dinners, and wedding receptions! Inside of this building has 3,572 sq ft with a gas fireplace. Lots of collapsible tables and chairs for your use as well. There's a bar and a full kitchen with multiple refrigerators and ovens for your use.
Pet acceptance varies by each property. Some properties accept any pet and others are more specific on the type of pet, weight, and breed. We do not accept dogs or cats under a year of age. Our policy is a $200 nonrefundable pet deposit per pet and an extra $25 a month per pet. Some owners do require a larger pet deposit so please inquire for the property you are interested in.
1 All Applicants, with the exception of the Applicant's children, must be at least 18 years of age and provide photo identification; Each applicant must fill out their own application and pay the $35 non refundable fee. Married couples still need to apply separately. Some property owners will allow a cosigner and some do not.

This company is absolutely horrid. They force individuals out of their home which was never taken care of by watts in the first place, they wouldn’t mow, exterminate, lock outs, they literally do nothing. They allow their properties to flood and do nothing about it. They allow unsafe conditions outside of the home with children around. These individuals made a disabled female move out due to their lie of “renovations” being done to the home, than listed it 3 weeks later with nothing done to the home and asking for $200 more on the rent. I would NEVER recommend renting from these money hungry

I have worked directly with Watts for over a year as a contractor. By far one of the best property management groups I have had the pleasure of working with. Heather and Crystal always make themselves available to both the tenant and the contractor. They go above and beyond their job duties to ensure the tenant is taken care of.

The management staff (Crystal & Heather) have been such a joy to work with. Chris the maintenance guy who can fix whatever was by far the best maintenance tech I have dealt with. Previously working in the rental company field I know how overworked and underpaid the staff can be but Watts Property management made my rental experience AWESOME! Please check them out before you go anywhere else. I would recommend them to anyone!

Had a terrible experience with Watts Property Management...more specifically with Crystal Smith. She was VERY unprofessional, unethical and disrespectful. She communicated with someone who was not on the lease and gave out personal information to said person. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Please beware this establishment will not replace anything, only try to cover things up or just avoid them. I can only speak on Daniel St Apartments because that's where I currently live. Windows are so old bugs come right through the window. My apartment has no screens and I even asked the super does he know and he said these windows are so old I have no clue. Not only that I tried to so called clean the window and one of the small window pockets basically came right off. So imagine being inside of an apartment where the windows haven't been open in probably years because of no screens. Instead

I moved to Brookneal VA in 2017 and I immediately started looking for a rental with the prospect of eventually buying a home in the area. While commuting and just generally traveling in the area I took note of signs and advertisements, one of which was Watts Property Management. Over a period of months in 2018 I made several attempts via phone to contact them, left messages and never received a return phone call. Finally, on 9/25/2018 someone answered the phone and I explained my situation, the individual explained that what they have on their website is "what we have", look there and if you see
