I was browsing for jewelry and interested in having something sized so stopped in here on a whim after seeing it when leaving the mall. The gentleman who was working on 11/30 was so friendly and helpful! I couldn’t believe the prices of the rings and sizing. Really great deals. I’ll certainly be back the next time I’m looking for a repair/adjustment!

I am SOO ecstatic I have to write a review! My mom just brought my watch in that I haven’t been able to wear for months because one of the pins holding it together came out. The watch is super special to me and one person wouldn’t fix it, another gave me a crazy high quote.
Long story short, the nice gentleman was able to repair it ON THE SPOT and for such an amazing price, I couldn’t believe it! Thanks so much for making my birthday weekend :)

Highly recommend! The day before my wedding I go to get my ring cleaned and a mall jewelry shop tells me there’s several loose stones and it will be 2 weeks to get it fixed and $100+. I race over to the jewelry repair shop and Nichole took care of me right away. My ring is now sparkly and intact. Crisis averted.

Had something on layaway an it was sold on me before I had to pick it up(not for another 3 weeks was the due date to have it paid off). They send out antique watches to a guy in Worcester. Our antique ladies "pocket" watch would wind and run for a while, but then stop -- it worked fine when I bought it initially, and we guessed it just needed cleaning. The initial quote was good (less than half what the expensive Harvard Square place quoted), and so we handed it over. Replaced battery in a nice watch. A few months later and it stops working so back it goes. They tell me that the case seal wasn't properly installed, that the movement is water damaged and needs to be replaced. I tell them that they installed the last battery so they offer a discount on labor to get it fixed. A month goes by and the watch is ready. Get it home, inspect it closer and there's dirt all over the inside glass and face of the watch. Two days later and moisture starts forming inside the glass so I bring it back and ask for a full refund which they did give me. A couple days

I would rate negative stars if possible. I just needed a few links from my watch removed, which they did, but in the process bent them all. The ones they put back in wouldn't go back in nice and recessed anymore, and one was so been it was shoved back in so hard that it was no longer tapered and not even flush with the band. Not to mention my brand new watch was now scratched from the work as well. Why accept work if you don't have the right tools to do the job right. $8 to ruin all my pins and jam them back in. Seems they just want your money and don't care how your item is
