They are made from the mineral JDZ Kaolin formed over millions of years ago and are rich in five natural element properties. My fiancé called about selling them my old wedding band and engagement ring because it says they buy gold and diamonds on their website, but apparently an almost brand new diamond wedding band in 14k gold, and an engagement ring they hung up on us before being able to talk about aren't what they're looking for. We were going to stop by to look around too but he was so rude over the phone, I have no interest of going there for any reason. Rude. Extremely rude.

I had a small broken chain and single earring (missing one) just sitting in my jewelry box that I figured I might as well try to sell. I was surprised to get $140! They had such a great assortment of jewelry and accessories, I was really excited to exchange my useless junk for something new I could wear. They were really nice too, like a fair mom-and-pop shop (vs. the big chain fancy pants dealers that are more intimidating and less helpful).

Roger and his staff are absolutely spectacular! From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcomed. Roger is very knowledgeable, friendly and sincere. I can confidently say that I value his opinion and trust leaving my jewelry in his care. I came to Roger with some old family rings and a photo of a ring I liked. Roger took the stones from my… family rings and made me the wedding ring of my dreams! Throughout the process Roger kept me in the loop and he was very critical to ensure the highest attention to detail and quality of the finished product, two things that are incredibly important

We stopped in to have my fiancé’s wedding band sized, and looked at some engagement ring/wedding bands for myself. Going in, we had very little knowledge of diamonds, and how they are graded, etc., but Roger took us and literally broke everything down, and really made us feel comfortable! He answered every question, and didn’t pressure us into anything! I can’t find enough positive things to say, except how we look forward to working with him more in the future!

My family and I have been customers of Crowne Jewelers for many years. I have always gotten personal and caring service from Roger , Donna , Marilyn and any of the others that have worked there. Roger has gone above and beyond in his service to my family from upgrading wedding rings/diamonds and helping with long distance choices when it came time… for my son to pick out a diamond for his fiancé a couple years back. Just recently Roger has again made a difference in someone's life. What seemed a simple gesture on his part meant a great deal to me and the elderly gentleman I was helping
