In essence, Philips is currently advising of the following immediate actions to be taken by You, the User. Do not stop or alter your prescribed therapy until you have talked to your physician.
My Best Homecare is one in a million! From their expert service and equipment to their friendly, knowledgeable staff. My husband has been a patient of MBHC for five years now and I can't imagine how hard it would be without them. Our respiratory therapist actually came to our house the night Steve came home from the hospital and I couldn't have done it without him!

I turned this company into the state and to my insurance company. My sons doctor was by his side when over the phone MBHC stated they would not replace his suction nor oxygen and my son started to change color and was rushed by ambulance to the hospital. This company is horrible! Theyre bay area based so remember that if you live anywhere else. Please use another DME company.

My son's suctioner went out earlier this morning we decided to call my best home care to let them know that we need to get a replaced and that our daughter was on the way. they said that they wouldn't be able to provide your daughter with a machine because it seems to be a warranty issue. I tried to explain to them that our son cannot breathe without the suctioner and that he needs to get suction every 10 to 15 minutes. We stated we would have to call 911 to get him suctioned they reply with that it's best for us to call 911, our policy requires you to return the old suctioner first before being

I was recently discharged by my best Homecare because I complained that my pulse oximeters for my son were arriving later and later each month. We barely have enough til the next shipment gets in so if it’s late than we have to try to make the last one work longer or fish them out of the trash. I understand that they have to be sent at a certain… time because of insurance needs. With that said, if a shipment is getting there a week later and then the next one gets there later and so on and so forth- there is an issue. If you know this particular patient is getting them late then maybe

I'm saddened by the recent customer service I received by Linda. There was a change in my insurance which I had no control over causing us to lose our MBHC as our main DME company along with good R.T.'s coming out to check on our son. Just because they had to accept the contract that United Healthcare propose to them which wasn't enough money but they were still getting paid cut us off and demanded their equipment back which by law they cannot have back until we have another Trilogy which is a life-saving equipment to replace it. Which again I had no control over when we were going

This company does not even deserve one star.
They are new to the sacramento area and cannot provide properly working equipment. They say they have a 24 hour tech staff for malfunctioning equipment....however they refused to come out. Do not ever use this company if you have family on 02 equipment.
They need to be federally investigated.

Horrible customer service. Contact My Best Homecare to look for a cough assist for my daughter. I asked for a quote to determine if I can afford this equipment or would I need to find assistance. The Rep took my private insurance info down and told me she will call me back with details. She calls back and says my insurance is 80/20 coverage. I was surprised about the coverage as I had a feeling it was more based on what I read. However, I assumed since they are the experts and they interpret insurance coverage as their line of work, I would go with what they said.

Four stars for the tech who was doing the demo, 0 stars for Kimberly and her supervisor.
Kimberly called me to schedule an appointment, gave me 2 options which were between 10 AM and 4 PM, neither was convenient, but she advised me they do not do appointments at any other time, so I picked Friday at 10 AM. I scheduled my day around this appointment. Day before she called me and left a strange message how they cannot do any other time and I really need to chose between what they got... Hmm... I left her a message that I did confirm appointment with her already and that I am coming the next day
