Talked to two different people on the phone for some simple brush seals and they told me to come in and get them , when I arrived I was unpleasantly greeted by Jim at the parts counter and told him I was told to come in . The whole time he was snarky and rolling his eyes. I apologized because I could tell he was irritated and he reluctantly led me… back to look at their inventory. Jim then said “ I don’t know why they just told you to come in” I said the piece I needed was a universal piece and said it shouldn’t be that hard to find if I could see it. He then stopped

Horrible Service, I scheduled an appointment from 12-4. Tech called while I was on a call before noon, I called him back, left a message, he never showed or even called back. I called their office to find out why the guy never showed up, they were horrible rude and unprofessional. The service manager actually lied to me. I suggest you do not do business with them as the door they installed 4 years ago was not installed right and the door is no longer level.

I had a service call. The gentleman who came was very nice, told me the problem and the part I would need. He even showed me how to fix it myself. $75 for a call to discover the issue wasn't bad. Fast… forward 10 days. The part came and I installed it with the same simple steps the guy showed me and I am a handy person. It didn't solve the issue. I called and had a different guy on the phone who told me the garage door opener was junk and I should have gotten a better one. He was billigerant, unprofessional and told me a recommendation personally that I'd rather not post. I'll never do business
