Our new garage door was installed today and we could not be happier. Working with Mark has been great. When he first came to our house to talk with us, we had some ideas of what we wanted but Mark offered a suggestion, which we went with, and he was right. Our old garage door opener stopped working in the middle of the week. I called Kohler overhead doors and he was able to come the next day. He did the whole take down and install while I was at work. The system is great and we love how we can check our garage door with an app. The price for all the work was very fair.
A few days later, I was having issues with the new system. I called him up and he walked me through the issue so I could fix it myself instead of charging me for a service call. Highly recommended!
