Dr. Snider has practiced chiropractic since 1983. Applied Kinesiology allows him to treat common chiropractic conditions along with many nutritional needs of his patients. The Asheville Chiropractic office of the Snider Chiropractic Center was established in 1985 by Stephen A. Snider DC. Dr. Snider completed his undergraduate degree in human physiology at Ohio State University.

Going to the Chiropractor is a new experience for many of us. Maybe we've heard through a friend or have done some research online. It's possible that you are just fed up with living in pain and it's time to do something about it.
The consultation begins with a conversation between you and Dr. Snider about your health concerns and any conditions or symptoms you may be experiencing. After listening to your concerns, Dr. Snider will then perform a spinal check. Afterwards, he will discuss the results of his preliminary findings with you.

From my first visit I have been very impressed with Dr. Snider and all the staff. They have taken the time to listen and understand my medical history and multiple injuries. Dr Snider has provided information and recommendations on not only on my alignment and posture, but also my entire musculoskeletal system. While I was initially treated for a neck & shoulder ailment, we moved to other areas of concern. He takes a whole body approach to improving health by engaging and empowering each patient based on individual needs. I have and will continue to recommend him to others.

After more than 20 years of such good care from Dr. Snider, I was a bit concerned when he announced his retirement. I have had several pretty severe injuries in my life. I am pleased to share that he made a great decision in having Dr. Arnold take over his practice. She has been able to alleviate hip pain that was waking me up at night and stabilize a severe shoulder injury. I feel like she is a good fit for my ongoing chiropractic needs.

I was referred to Dr. Snider after a serious car accident I was in. I have never had Chiropractic care in my entire life so I was a bit nervous at first, but the whole team made sure I was taken care of from the moment I walked in. I was given a very detailed explanation of what was wrong with my body from the accident, home therapy that would help (including a very comfortable compression pack), and a plan to get me back to normal. I've been coming here for over a month since the accident and I must say I had not expected this kind of improvement

Dr. Snider is wonderful! After being injured in a car accident, my GP suggested chiropractic work. I must admit, I was very hesitant. I started having severe headaches and so I decided to give it a try. Two friends recommended Dr. Snider and I am so happy they did. Within a few treatments, my headaches were completely gone. My body started feeling much better. I was able to return to the gym and began running and lifting again. During one of the treatments, I had a cold. He did his magic and I could breathe without coughing. My body is almost 100% and I have him to thank. Thank you for your individualize

Dr. Snider is definitely a one of a kind doctor! He combines all his degrees into someone who seems to do the impossible. I have various illnesses but Dr. Snider helped me figure out one of the main base causes. And it was something simple, just not what an atypical doctor would think of. Thank you Dr. Snider!

I am so glad I was referred to Dr.Snider! I have been to different chiropractors in the past, and I have never experienced the relief I am getting now with regular visits. My range of motion is better that it has been in years, and I am getting relief from a recent auto accident. I trust his services, and have been taking my 5 year old daughter to him as well. With his help, her sinus issues have almost completely cleared up. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a straightforward diagnosis and excellent treatment.
