I was really sad when changes with my job took me across the country as I liked the property and working with Jeff. He was an awesome landlord - very responsive and helpful any time I needed anything. Maintenance stuff was always quickly taken care of. The house I rented was perfect for my needs. I rented from them for about a year and a half. I just got my deposit back and was really pleased that they didn't take too much out for cleaning as I will acknowledge when I left I was quite rushed.
If I move back to the area and am renting, they will be my first choice!

We talked to Jason Miller on the possibility of renting our house out. We are impressed by his knowledge, professionalism, and integrity. He took time to address our concerns and didn't sugar-coat things. He knows ins and outs of rental laws. We would recommend Jason to people who are considering to rent their houses through a property management services.

Terrible people to work with moved in and the place wasn’t even paint looks like they just rushed to get the unit filled and few months into moving in we’ve found a lot of bugs inside the house and they won’t do anything about it but they can sure find things they can give us violations about so they can keep the deposit never doing business with them again

This company is absolutely terrible! They gave our apartment away after our application was accepted with NO warning!!!!!!! We moved from another state and the day before getting our keys we found out we don’t have a HOUSE??? The property manager lied and completely ignored our emails and calls. This is by far the worst experience I ever had. What a JOKE!!!

I called to get information when an absolutely unprofessional receptionist or whoever answered the phone told me with a snarky attitude saying “you apply and get approved I don’t know what else you want me to tell you” when we had only been on the phone for maybe 3 seconds and I was asking the steps for a group of people applying for a home. Get new employees if that’s how they are going to answer the phone for people just looking for information about your property managing company.

I won't give the company a 1-star because most property management companies with which I've worked are worse... but as a tenant in a house they manage, once I'm moved out I'll be very happy if I never have to do business with them again. YMMV, as I think my experience is largely due to the individual account manager(s) I've had assigned to this property, rather than company policy.

I rented the house off of winter st in Salem for almost 2 years. Everything was good until we decided to move out and they took over half the deposit that we put in. The only damage was to some blinds and some walls needed paint which we actually did before we left. That does not add up to $800. The fridge broke which they did replace but not before all the food went bad. My guess is they took they money for the fridge even though it was suppose to be a free fix because we do not own the house. Very disappointed with them. We moved to a brand new apartment and only lived there for a short period of time when moving out they never returned our deposit and didn't give us anything back even when they apartment was completely new and completely clean. So make sure you ask questions before you sign the contract and take pictures of everything before you move inn.
