Jewelry is great and has neat designs. Reason for three stars. I ordered a charm and called and asked if it was came in. It had. Asked for business hours since we are driving down from Raleigh which they knew (a 3 hour drive). We get there and the designer who is to put the charm on does not work that day. Ironically he was who we had talked to the day before. I know this is a mistake but it did cost me a whole day and their clerks suggestion was to leave it and come and pick it up on Monday. No apology... or anything. Not to mention that my entire charm bracelet has been purchased here over
