What awesome folks! I believe DSJ is the best jewelry store in the area, with a unique selection of pieces. The staff is extremely customer-oriented and never pressures for a sale. Just recently, my husband lost a pin in his watch band. Off to DSJ we went and walked out not even five minutes later with a repaired band. No charge!!!

I order from DSJ because of the great reviews. I ordered a watch that was advertised in stock. With their advertised shipment days, I would expect to have the watch for a gift in time. I ordered the watch on a Thursday. I can understand the delay with the weekend and DSJ being closed on Monday. Nothing to be irritated about. When I still had not seen my order shipped on the following Thursday (1 week later), I made a call. I spoke to a professional gentlemen (Yuri) who said they had just sold the last watch in stock and had to order a new one direct from supplier. I am slightly frustrated at this

I had the best experience picking out my rings at Diamond Shoal Jewelers!! Tina was so wonderful, patient, and helpful. They have every ring setting you could imagine. Tina even took her time to explain which ring setting would be best for me with the work I do. Thank you for everything!! You guys are amazing!!

Stopped by yesterday, March 3rd, for the fist time to have a battery replaced in my watch. Wynn, is the gentleman that help me. I was very impressed with his store and not only did he replace my battery but he also cleaned my watch. He was very conversational and personable. I will be back for sure !!!

This place is amazing! My husband and I walked in to look for something to add to my set for our anniversary. They were able to do something custom, that's what we walked in wanting, until I saw a beautiful tacori band that was perfect with the set I had already. It's gorgeous... All of the staff was extremely helpful, every case has something beautiful in it. They even offer a service to redip your old rings to make them look brand new.... My rings that were 5 years old look like they did the day I bought them. I've never been offered this, let alone knew about it.. highly recommend diamond shoal
