I was born and raised in Wayne, Nebraska. I graduated from the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Northeast Community College in 2018. I began my career working at assisted living facilities in Plattsmouth and Nebraska City. I soon realized that the outpatient setting is where I wanted to be. I am excited to further my knowledge to provide the best care for my patients.
A passive treatment technique in which the therapist's hands are skillfully used to examine and treat musculoskeletal problems, including muscle tension and myofascial scar/joint restrictions. Used to promote strength, core stability, joint range of motion, balance, and endurance. We commonly prescribe gentle exercises that promote joint mobility and reverse muscle imbalance (tight, shortened, and weak muscles).

The therapists here are all incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely care about you on a personal level. They aren’t geared just towards the medical parts they care about your life outside of the office. They give you the tools you need and push you for success in your recovery. I always feel right at home. It’s nice to be able to have fun conversation and laugh with everyone in the room instead of awkward silence. I always look forward to my appointments here.
