Virtual wellness coaching with Dr. Karen was just what I needed. I wanted to strengthen my core, but really hate going to a gym. By connecting online, I could actually show Karen the equipment and space I had at home. She demonstrated the exercises, watched me do them, and coached me to correct my posture, stance and range of motion.

Knowing that motivation is a challenge for me (when it comes to exercise), she gave me the needed encouragement with followup online sessions to give me additional exercises when I was ready. I now have enough options to feel good doing a few exercises on my own and in my own space! Thanks for being at the forefront of your profession, Dr. Karen and helping me at home!

I went to see Karen because of long-standing knee issues that I was sure were going to require some sort of surgery. In a few appointments, Karen had established exercise regimens that strengthened my whole lower body and made it possible to resume normal activities and movement.
Karen is thoughtful, a good listener, and really knows what she's doing. I highly recommend anyone with chronic joint problems to give KEL a try.

My daughter had constant pain in her hip and knee. She further aggravated those areas during basketball season. We turned to KEL Physical Therapy for some relief. Madi worked with Karen on building strength and proper conditioning. She is now pain free. Thank you for getting her back on the court!

Prior to working with Karen I was experiencing pain in my right shoulder. Initially I thought it was something that would go away, but when I could hardly lift my arm above my head or throw a ball with my kids I knew I needed to get assistance. After working with Karen for several treatments I can now do my normal daily work activities as well as enjoy time playing ball with my kids. Thanks Karen!!
