Reading the reviews I totally believe the good and the bad. I ordered an arrangement fir my mother based on a picture posted by Bloom Nation and Omel Flowers came up as their rep. The flowers my mother received where a very sad looking bunch. I wrote an email to the shop and copied Bloom Nation. Within a few minutes I got a phone call from the manager at Omel Flowers and once I explained the situation and he saw the pics of what I ordered and what my mother received he agreed that the difference was "black and white" (his words). Fast and excellent. The flower arrangement for my grandmothers viewing turned out beautifully. I received a text message when the arrangement arrived, which was great. This company works fast too, I called midday and my arrangement was completed and delivered hours after. I recommend this flower company.

This is one of those times I wish Yelp had either a negative star or a not recommend option.
Came in on a Friday to place an order for the following Tuesday. My first clue that this was not going to go well was that I stood at the reception area for a good 5-7mins while the lady in the front desk proceeded to text on her phone and pick up calls instead of attending me. I usually don't write reviews but need to make others aware. Have to say Omel flowers is one of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with. Ordered a $200 dollar wreath from Proflowers for my wife's grandmothers funeral services. Not only was the wreath delivered 2 hours late but it looked like it was not worth more than $25 dollars. Called Proflowers furiously and got a refund. The general manager at Omel contacted me the next day with the following email:

Will never use this place again paid $125 to have flower send on Mother's Day with balloons. First they left the flower on the door step could have been taken by anyone then there were no balloon. The first photo is what was sent truly subpar the second photo is what I sent my wife for about the same price and it was two of them and they don't leave them at the door step. I called to tell them I was unhappy with the flowers and items were missing the women on the phone sound uninterested said sorry that it was a busy day for them. My husband ordered me Valentine's Day flowers through FTD.
They were to be delivered on February 14, between 8am-5pm.
There were people at my job facility until 7pm and the flowers were still not delivered.
My boss came in at 6:15am the next day and the flowers were left outside by the front door overnight.
The flowers were soaking wet because the got wet from our sprinklers. The flowers were half dead upon my inspection at 8am.
My husband contacted FTD and they tried to reach out to you. As of 2:3opm on

Shame on FTD for using this low quality florist. Thankfully, we were refunded after they saw the poor quality and mis representation of what was ordered. My fiancé ordered a just because bouquet and I felt so bad and embarrassed to tell him the flowers were awful. This place must know that women feel that way so they think they can get away with it. The $50 bouquet plus $20 delivery fee looked more like a $10 bouquet from Publix or fresh market. In fact, it was way worse than those. The owner did try and make up for it, and sent me another bouquet the next day but it was even worse than the first

I received an all-white arrangement from Omel Flowers, which was what was ordered. When they arrived, the flowers were wilted, brown around the edges, and some were broken.
They were supposed to be replaced yesterday but never showed up. Finally, today a "replacement" arrangement was delivered but much smaller and multiple colors, not what was ordered and paid for.
They were ordered via Ava's Flowers.

My husband went out of his way to order flowers for my birthday. He used Ava's flowers online which in turn used Omel Flowers as their "designer". I thought they were pretty until he told me how much he paid.
What a disappointment. He was changed $103.93 for an arrangement that was worth $15 tops. I called Ava's and first they told me they would reimburse me $10. If I could give them a zero I would. The first arrangement I received was delivered to the wrong place and I had to go get them. They were not fresh. When I complained to 800 flower (the worst) the were resent to me 3 days after my birthday. They were almost as bad as the first arrangement but not quite. Very sad.

They LIED about delivering the flowers and when they did finally deliver the flowers A DAY LATE, they delivered a cheap bouquet that looked nothing like the picture at all! To top things off on the card they put the delivery date of the day before as if they had delivered the day before. Luckily our receptionist print her name very clearly with the CORRECT date and time of delivery. Stay away, sneaky and unprofessional!

This arrangement has been one of my favorite by far! The colors were amazing and I love those beautiful colors. They smell fresh and you can tell by the steam that they are. The owner is truly great to work with and Elbert reasonable.

I must admit I am not sure this florist took my order but the other review seems to have the same problem as i had.I called AVAS Flowers and I placed an order with them from there web sight.the people i spoke to were nasty and they delivered my flowers an hour and forty five minutes late. A scruffy, unshaven guy was the delivery guy and the flowers looked liked they fell over in his truck then he put them back into the crummy vase they send. the bill was 83.93 for about 10 dollars worth of flowers. I found them by googling florist shops in delray beach and they were the first names to appear.AVOID

I hate giving a bad review to a Hialeah busines, but my family fled Cuba to be able to speak the truth. We ordered flowers from this company in memorial of my aunt, whose memorial service was tonight.
We placed our order online through avasflowers dot com, and they assigned Omel to make the delivery. Being a funeral, we ordered a traditional white bouquet for the 5pm memorial service. After multiple calls, since family members were starting to leave, our flowers arrived late at 9pm. The flowers that arrived were white, purple and wilting. The arrangement looked scrawny compared to the picture
