My property itself could use a little more love and attention, but my contact, Kasey, is always responsive and friendly. Whenever I need a repair or have an issue, he gets it taken care of right away. I would like to see some improvements in my building, but I think that many of the changes would require a remodel rather than a repair, and it would probably be expensive and require tenants to move out.

They charge you for maintenance (each month) and yet do NOTHING! They won’t even change a filter. They will take your full deposit. Trust me, I cleaned, covered holes and even painted before I left. That place looked 100 times better when I left than when I moved in. They don’t care about their tenants. I had water POURING in my kitchen… they took DAYS to work on the problem… and since it happened 3 times I asked them to check for mold. Ha that was a joke!

I want to say THANK YOU Kasey Moynier!! Kasey is my property manager. Anytime I email him he responds quickly and is always willing to help, it’s usually me that doesn’t respond right away, it’s not intentional but I forget to check my personal emails. Let me preface by saying I have never left a review in my life, let alone a negative one. We were living in an apartment managed by Rize Property Management and they were nothing but wonderful and professional. The last month of our lease the complex switched to HomeRiver and it has been the worst experience imaginable. You can pretty much guarantee they’ll never respond to your phone calls. They visited the complex and when I asked where to leave the keys upon move out they told me to drop them off at their office. I drove there, and there was a sign saying the office has been vacant for months

Recently moved into a house managed by HomeRiver Group in Salt Lake. The application process was smooth. Have been very impressed by the speed of responses to problems and overall professionalism of the staff. Kasey is our specific property manager. He has been particularly helpful---always quick to respond. He says what he's going to do and then follows through. if he doesn't know the answer to a question, he finds it. Problems are taken care of in an effective and timely manner. Best property management individual and we've ever been involved with.

The HomeRiver team has been outstanding. I recently received a job offer in another state, but did not want to sell my house currently. After deciding to rent out my home and looking for a Property Management company they were quick and responsive unlike several others. They also made the process so much easier on me as I was stressed on moving and looking for a new place. I haven't been the easiest to deal with so I have appreciated the great work and understanding they have shown through the whole process.

I've rented a lot of apartments in a lot of different states and I have never written a bad review before but renting from HomeRiver was absolutely horrible. When we first moved into our apartment it was filthy. Which would have been bad enough on its own but then half the house was broken. The shower, half the sinks, the dishwasher, the AC, lightbulbs. And to make it worse they are really really slow at responding. My house was over 90 degrees for days before I got a response.
