Almost no home is going to be perfect (even new or recently built construction). Inspectors usually will discover some issues needing attention or that the buyer and seller should be aware of. Our professionalism and thorough inspection service also provides you free of charge a limited home warranty on your property! Our buyers limited home warranty begins the day of the home inspection and runs for a minimum of 90 days. Should there be an extended closing period that results in the closing date falling beyond the 90-day period, the limited warranty is then extended to the closing date plus 21 days.

After talking to many different inspectors about the details of the inspections they do, we decided to go with Carl and were extremely happy. He inspected a cabin a few weeks ago in Harrison and I was impressed by his knowledge, amount of time he spent inspecting important areas and sharing exactly what he was doing along the way. The septic inspection was very detailed and he actually looked inside the tank and inspected important areas that others wouldn't have done. I would highly recommend Carl and am very happy that we chose his company.

To start off, he was very personable in the beginning. He provided an ok summary of findings with a few pictures. The issue was once we acquired the home, the more we looked, the more minor and major issues we found that he should have seen.
I called him asking for him to come walk through the property with me as I was concerned and he agreed to come out. He chose the day and time for me this walk through. However, he never showed up and never returned another phone call.

Carl did not return phone calls after the inspection. We bought our house 2 years ago, and some of the issues that came to light in the first few months were a roof leak, chimney had to be rebuilt because the mortar was crumbling, lights weren’t up to code, floor joists are incorrectly hung, the plumbing vent pipe was wrong (as were the connections to it), and our electrical panel is a total clusterf?!&. Every time we start a project to fix an issue, we find two new ones. Carl’s inspection didn’t clue us in to any of these issues.

Carl is thourough, professional, and his attention to detail is top notch.
