Ayres On Point Home Inspections is a locally owned inspection company dedicated to providing the highest quality and thorough inspections in the Mid-Michigan area. The owner, Jared Ayres, is not only a current certified InterNACHI Home Inspector Member, but also a State Licensed Michigan Residential Contractor/Builder that has provided 9 years of service.
A residential home inspection will uncover hidden problems that can be costly or pose a safety hazard to your family. We will perform a complete and thorough home inspection by checking all major areas of the home. In many areas, mortgage lenders require water quality testing for properties with private wells.
Within 24 hours of your inspection, you will be emailed the link to a digital report of our findings that includes videos, photographs, and clearly written details about the property. This report contains everything you need to start your decision-making about the home. We encourage you to give us a call upon receiving.

Jared is a very professional and thorough inspector. I was in a bind with closing on my home where he needed to come back out to make recommendations. Very pleased with his work and was very thorough. Being a builder as well as an inspector he gave great advice for repairs of current issues as well as potential issue down the road and how to do preventative maintenance to save time and money in the future. The inspection was done in the early morning and we got the report that afternoon, I was very impressed with the quality and depth of the report. Worth every penny, great value, potentially can save you thousands down the road. Would recommend to others 100%.

Jared Ayers does great work! He was very thorough throughout the inspection, explained everything to me as we walked through the house, and went above and beyond when I had questions about things.
