I recently purchased a house in Washington NC and The Rich Co. was the real estate company we used. All went good. Rosie was our agent and she showed us houses in our range and when it was time to purchase she kept things moving. She gave us a pre warning on how things would likely go and as I said she kept everybody moving forward. Things I needed to do, the bank, and anyone else involved in the process. It has been a few months and I still feel good about everything. I am trying to think of any negative that I experienced and it just is not coming to my mind. My guess is the other agents would
