Having moved to FL less than 2 yrs ago, i didnt know traffic accident report requirements & was charged with a police violation despite pulling over voluntarily and seeing 0 damage. Mr Guarnieri was very detailed in evaluating the case and explaining p e. outcomes. No hard sell, and the rate if he were to take the case laid out upfront. I cannot thank Mr. Guarnieri enough. I thought my son had gotten himself into a bad situation and after several telephone calls with Mr. Guarnieri, found out that my son was being scammed and the scammer was trying to extort money. Mr. Guarnieri graciously filed a complaint with the FBI on our behalf. Mr. Guarnieri went above and beyond in helping us and setting both our minds at ease. I hope I never need his services again but if I need an attorney, I will definitely call James Guarnieri.
