I had a terrible experience with Turbo Auto Body in the past few weeks. They lack professionalism and maintaining communication, you really have to be proactive. I held off on having my vehicle towed for repairs as they planned to order the parts (which was helpful), but stated they would call me back. After a few days, I had to contact them and sure enough, they had the part they needed. Then they gave me a 30 minutes heads up that they would be coming to my house to tow my vehicle to their shop - a little more notice would have been nice.

Had a great experience. Joanna and Dan took really great care of me and my car. I trust Dan 100%. I don't know much about cars, but he took the time to show me which parts needed replacing and explain why. And he was perfectly honest about how much things would cost, like "this part is expensive" or "this part is cheap to replace" etc. Would recommend to anyone, and would come back.

Go to Oakland Collision Repair. For the same price you get proper customer service not the garbage treatment you get here. I gave them more than 1 shot, each time I visited they made it clear they didn't need my business and were not qualified. The craftsmanship and quality (training) is questionable. They are not approved by any manufactures and only have 2 years with Icar. Compare that to a qualified auto body shop. Ask someone that knows body to look at their repairs and they will agree. It makes no sense risking your life with them.

Turbo Auto Body was great! We got a dent in our car and took it in for an estimate. When we came back to get the work done, there must have been a miscommunication because they weren't able to take it at that time, but the owner was very apologetic, accommodating, and offered a free detailing if we brought it back a few days later. It was a very fair and honest thing to do - it's not often you get such great customer service! All around lovely people, great service, and they fixed the dent and gave our car a great detail.

Someone decided to pour brake fluid on to my car. My insurance advised me to go to Turbo Auto Body. Leticia at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. When I came back to pick up my car, I was amazed about the good job they had done. They even fixed a few things around for the same price. My wife and I were happy to see how this company takes pride of their job to the last details. My car looks like it's brand new.
Another 5 stars for honesty and attention to details.

I just got a brand new Honda and 2 of the wheels got stolen. My insurance company recommended me to go to this shop and it's the best I've ever been to! Enoch is very nice and communicative. I felt my car was in the best hands as possible. With him getting my car the best parts and having it done very quickly. The car wash was also a huge plus!

My car was broken into and the side window was completely smashed. Had to buy some cardboard and duct tape as a bandaid until I could get it fixed. Always have insurance! I called around, but ultimately this business got me in the next day. After insurance covered a bit, I only had to pay $100 out of pocket. It's convenient that you can pay over the phone or online. All I had to do was show up with the car and let the technicians do their magic. My window looked brand new!

I recommend this place. Recently took my car here for repairs and the service was pretty great and they work pretty quickly. If you come here, please ask for Paul. Super kind guy who will hook you up and make sure that your car is getting rightly serviced. Services were not too expensive nor did they try to take advantage and lie about my car issues in attempt to get more money. Also it appears the shop has many rewards that they showcase in the office so that gives you a sense of safety as well.

My vehicle got vandalized and I just felt the car wasn't going to feel the same or be the same afterwards but Ashween Kumar made sure the vehicle was taken care of and kept me informed throughout the process .

I highly recommend Turbo Auto Body for two reasons. Great customer service and reliable work. I brought my vehicle to Turbo because my vehicle had a pretty big collision on the passenger side. Paul was my estimator and he thoroughly explained each step. Very easy to get hold of him whenever I had a question.
Picked up my car today and it came out as brand new. Hats down to mechanics for doing a fantastic job.

I had an excellent experience. From the minute I walked into the shop, I didn't get to say a word before Paul was right there helping me. He was very professional, yet comforting. He took care of everything including my car rental. It only took a day to completely replace my front bumper. My car was returned in a better condition than when I left it. They even cleaned and polished it. It was a very quick, and easy experience. Nice work guys, especially Paul!

Ashween and Turbo Auto Body are awesome!!! They did fantastic work on my mother-in-law's car, repairing a fender and bumper, at an incredible (low) price. Ashween even had some extra work done (repairing several cosmetic flaws all around the car) at no extra charge. The car looks brand new after the work they did. Also, they not only washed the exterior, but also cleaned the interior of the car. What a bunch of nice things to do!

I had the best experience working with Paul. I had a really tight timeline for needing to have my bumper replaced (dropped it off Wednesday morning and need it by Friday at noon) and he got it done as promised and did an excellent job. I also had some scratches that he was able to buff out, and did so complimentary. I really appreciate Paul and will return (hopefully not soon!) next time I'm in need of body work.

I would give this business more stars if possible. I went to them because someone hit my car while it was parked. He did stop and take responsibility for it and had insurance. Turbo Auto Body was recommended by his insurance company.
I am so glad I went with them. They are efficient, honest, good prices, and communicate well.

I took my car to this shop a month ago after an accident that messes up the front of my car pretty bad. They fixed it up and sent me on my way with a year warranty for anything that they fixed during my visit. A week or so later my car starts leaking green fluid and starts to over heat.
