Car Craft recently repaired my car after an accident. The Car Craft team were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They coordinated all of the logistics with the insurance companies and my much needed rental car. When the repairs were completed, my car looked absolutely outstanding!!! Someone hit my (new!) parked car, leaving the bumper dented and detached. The team at Car Craft was extremely helpful and honest in walking me through repair options, and ultimately did a fantastic job reattaching the bumper and popping/molding the dent back into place - all in less than one day. I especially appreciated their candor and honesty (another shop had told me the whole bumper might need to be *replaced*! Car Craft showed that was *not* the case), and their prices and customer service were great. Highly recommend.

My Lexus was side-swiped in a parking lot and I needed the car repaired in a set time frame due to travel plans. I had been referred to Car Craft by my car mechanic in Berkeley whose opinion I trust. A driver rear-ended my car which severely damaged the bumper. Thankfully I was recommended to Car Craft where Marco, the body shop owner, is knowledgeable, trustworthy and very communicative about what needs to be fixed and the price point. I always felt he had my best interests when dealing with insurance companies and he would not let me be taken advantage of. My son was rear ended in his new to him Xmas gift a Toyota Tacoma. Marco and his guys did a fantastic job fixing the truck, can't even tell it was damaged!! I had a side issue as well, one of my son's teenage friends spilled lighter fluid on the back seat! The smell was AWFUL and even after getting it cleaned it still smelled. Marco was wonderful to help me figure out exactly what was soaked with this stuff! He took out the back seats so I was able to determine this was definitely a huge part of the smell. A neighbor bumped into my parked car and we needed to figure out if it's worth getting the insurance involved. Justine and the tech talked me through the options in a clear, straight forward way that was very considerate and aligned with my intentions: keeping it simple while also wanting to feel good about the way the car looks afterwards. They were also really helpful in finding a good time to make the repairs while I was traveling so I would not have to rent a car.

Ok I'm from LA and don't trust anyone with my car so I've had my Camaro hit not once but 2x and Marco has really hooked my car up Justine is super awesome getting paper work especially with insurance and they are my new family I would definitely bring any of my cars to car craft. The tech did an amazing paint job and then they dropped the car off for me at my house. I haven't been to another body shop where they take such good care of you. Pricing is fair and he came at the recommendation from Jeffrey at Patti's Auto Care.

I got into a minor car accident down the street and Marco (the owner) came to my rescue! He graciously let me store my car at his shop until I decided what I wanted to do or if I wanted to take my car elsewhere. In the end, my car was inspected to be a total loss. He advised me throughout the process with compassion and frankness that often seems to be lacking in this industry.

My car was repaired promptly, the process with my insurance was handled smoothly, and the customer service was just awesome. Marcos and Justine were always so helpful.
I am glad that I didn't go with the recommended car shop from my insurance.

Great experience! I got smooshed in the middle of a rear-ending and got pretty bad damage to the front and back of my car. The place Geico sent me was going to take 30 days so my dad recommended Car Craft and I couldn't be more pleased! It took a bit longer than originally estimated, but I think that had a lot to do with my insurance adjuster taking awhile to approve the work and I also went out of town and told them not to rush it at the end. Really the best value, customer service, and quality work you'll get anywhere in the Bay Area. Even the receptionist is well-versed in car-speak.
Even if your insurance tells you they won't guarantee your repairs if you don't do it at their recommended place, car craft has you covered because they independently guarantee their work.
Folks who are dealing with insurance/car rentals/repairs for the first time or the 30th will see that these ppl help you take care of everything without shafting you on prices or patronizing you.

I should have written this earlier in the year but I have a new car now!
My car was smashed by a Berkeley cop when it was parked and was nearly totaled. I let them know of my concern with just moving to the area, low on money, low on time ( moving back to SoCal), and I had a lease without gap insurance.
With the help of my appraiser, a personally referral to Car Craft, I got my car back looking like I just drove it off the lot. Best part? Fernando was the biggest sweetheart and even took money off of my payment when I picked up the car. Truly made my day!
