I was relocating for a new job and I was having trouble finding a place to rent. I called several companies but none of them bothered to answer their phone or felt I wasn't worth their time. I couldn't get in touch with any of the property managers. When they did decided to get back to me, it was days or even weeks later. By then the rental was gone. What good is that???? When they finally called me back they were not in any interest in helping me and it sounded like I was wasting their time. I was getting frustrated and didn't know what to do. I was relocating and didn't know much about the area

My wife and I were having issues selling our house on our own. A colleague who worked with Mr. Shepherd recommended him. We gave him a call and was impressed by his professionalism. I made an appointment with him and he answered all the questions we had and went above and beyond to make sure I knew everything. My wife and I were impressed on how he kept us informed and up to date throughout the entire process and he took care of all the hard work for us. We had an offer on my house in two weeks and it was sold with no issues. I enjoyed working with Mr. Malcolm Shepherd.

Malcolm is my go to Realtor. He is willing to do the leg work necessary to find me great off market deals. As an investor, it is nice to have a real estate agent that is investor friendly. I can tell he puts in a tremendous amount of time working for me. What I like most about Malcolm is that he is so genuine. If I decided to sell my house I know he will work hard for me. I highly Recommend Malcolm if you want a hard working agent on your side.
