Joseph was outstanding! Very professional and extremely thorough. I was caught in a situation where I had to get a home inspection done within 3 days and the first two were over the weekend. Joseph made the time to meet me and my realtor first thing Monday morning. He allowed me to shadow him as he worked through the house and pointed out items to me along the way. He responded to my initial call immediately and with very short notice he was able to meet us the next morning at a home we were interested in buying for a pre-offer inspection. At the outset, the situation was a bit unusual. We are renting this home with an option to purchase. I contacted Joseph for a required preventative inspection by our condo management. Joseph was super responsive on Yelp regarding the quote and all the details. He showed up 5-10 minutes before the appointment. Looking over the inspection list, he quickly figured out that I really needed a licensed plumber to do most of the required inspection. Joe was extremely detail oriented and explained everything he was doing as we went through the process. He took detailed notes and a ton (120+) of pictures of the property to include in his very timely write-up (less than 48 hrs, even with the amount of photos).

Outstanding service, and would recommend to friends and family. VA Home Inspect provided extraordinary professionalism in their ability to show up on time, go above and beyond during the inspection, while producing a detailed organized visual report with captions that helped us negotiate a better price. We have used VA Home Inspect, LLC twice, in 2012 and 2015. We were a bit skeptical the first time since we found the company on Craigslist. You won't regret giving them a chance.
