Propman Property Management was acquired in 2003 to focus on professional property management and rental of residential properties. We work with rental properties throughout Northern Virginia, generally within a 50-mile radius of our office in Springfield, Virginia, including the counties of Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun and Prince William, and the cities of Alexandria and Fairfax.

Propman Property Management took excellent care of our property in Woodbridge, VA when we were assigned Oversees and once we returned they continued to keep our property rented, inspected and in tip top condition for a period of 10 years, yes they're the type of Company that's there for you for the long haul. Propman is a great company to work with. I was a tenant in one of their properties in Centreville. Any time a problem came up they fixed it very quickly and were always willing to help. Response times were only a few hours and any problems were resolved very quickly as well.
Everyone that I worked with at Propman was very professional, polite and responsive. The owner of the home that we live in had the company manage their property for over seven years so far, so they were obviously happy with the company as well. They are a company that truly gets it, they know that if you treat people fairly

I was a tenant for three years, and Propman took wonderful care of our home, and us! Steve and Frank were quick to respond even about little things. When there was a need for expert assistance (say, an appliance repair), the folks they sent to help were always terrific, too. Plus, you will never meet two nicer people. When our lease was up, I was as sad to leave them as I was to leave the house! Cannot say enough good things.
