Dr. Joel is your preeminent Las Vegas Doctor of Oriental Medicine and is a graduate of the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine, located in Denver, Colorado. Dr. Joel volunteered in PTSD based acupuncture clinics, in Colorado and Nevada after the tragic shootings in 2012 and 2017.
Dr Rios worked with the amazing team at Integrative Acupuncture of Southern Nevada for majority of 2017 and part of 2018 before founding Desert Ridge and is a current member and Treasurer of the Nevada Coalition for Acupuncture.Dr. Joel is a Las Vegas native who enjoys serving his community by spreading awareness of Chinese Medicine and offering affordable, complimentary health care.
