Services
At Oakland Physical Therapy we do our best to see every patient on time, especially for the initial evaluation. This visit will consist of one-on-one time with the physical therapist, in which the therapist reviews your medical history, current problems and complaints, your functional limitations and what your goals are for Physical Therapy.
Our office is located on the lower level of the Valley Medical Professional Building. There is handicap accessible parking located in the upper and lower lots; both entrances to the building are equipped with ramps and automatic sliding doors. Our normal business hours are listed below and are subject to change at any time.
The number of treatments necessary varies for every injury and is very patient specific. There are a lot of factors that effect the healing and recovery time of an injury or post surgical rehabilitation. You may need just one visit, or you may need months of care depending on the diagnosis, the severity of the injury, your past medical history and more.
If you have an insurance policy that is not listed below, please feel free to contact our office to inquire about possible participation in out-of-network benefits. Patients are responsible for any co-payments, deductibles and coinsurance from their insurance company. It is the patients responsibility to know their plan parameters.
