Established in 2014, Integrated Physical Therapy is a privately owned and operated practice in Mahwah, NJ specializing in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders. Prior to founding Integrated Physical Therapy, Dr. Jay Giannelli co-owned a physical therapy practice in Bergen County, NJ for more than 15 years.
We can work with your out-of-network benefits for most plans. Since there are so many plans and coverage varies widely our billing staff will verify your insurance coverage for you and obtain any pre-certification if necessary. Please feel free to contact our office and we will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have regarding your insurance coverage.
In New Jersey, patients are able to be evaluated and treated by a licensed physical therapist without first obtaining a physician's referral under legislation called direct access. This immediate access to therapeutic care leads to a much higher rate of success in a timely manner for the individuals seeking services.
I had an overall great experience with Dr. Giannelli who was able to quickly diagnose my knee and help me see improvements. I really appreciate and respect Dr. Giannelli's knowledge, understanding and skills for getting me back on track and pain free. He was also very kind and patient with me. I am so appreciative of his help and will go back to him in the future if I need PT for any reason.

I recently hurt my knee, meniscal tear, and needed to go for physical therapy. I went to Integrated in Mahwah and had the best experience working with Jay. He is knowledgeable and he is a great listener. He takes time to understand his client and their lifestyle. He then designs a program specifically for that individual and it works. I am pain free. I highly recommend Jay at Integrated Physical Therapy
