FYI if you're looking at the reviews, please note the owners of this nasty business mark all negative review as "funny". Just a taste of the service you will receive from Edwins. The manager harassed me days after my encounter with them via the phone, after her cursing me out and threatening to send her "boys" over her work phone. Please see photos for reference, she was also getting employees and friends of hers to blow up my phone. Despicable and completely unacceptable.

I used there service it was fast and efficient. got my truck out. However,
I kept asking for an invoice for one week, just nobody takes care of it. I don't know what's wrong with their back office. They could have gotten a 4-5 star but it's just the long wait for a simple invoice request that kills it all.

I had a medical emergency and was taken via ambulance to Kaiser Fontana. The next day my husband and I went to pick up our car. The lady there was extremely unprofessional. She demanded my PIN banking card number even though she could have ran it as a credit. She made me sign documents that she refused to give me a copy of. The CHP found an error of $55 that was later refunded. Very unethical company. My total cost was $530!

If I could give zero stars I would. Please avoid this company at all costs! They're awful, my husbands bike was impounded by CHP and at first it seemed as though CHP had things mixed up but really it was just the tow truck driver's shady actions that caused all of the confusion. Anyhow they tried to charge my husband over $650 for a tow that shouldn't have taken more than 20 minutes but they said it was 2.5 hours! Fortunately my husband called CHP watch commander and she ensured he didnt pay such a high release fee, both my husband and his bike are safe at home for $380.

SCAMMER ALERT... I was parked at my Apartmemts with a parking pass. My friend noticed that a car was getting towed when we looked it happened to be mine. We run outside the tow truck driver stops with my car hooked on it and hops out the truck. I ask him why my car was getting towed because I have a pass. He claimed someone called. He said it was 200.00 to drop my car. I said how is this even legal when I have a parking pass. I asked him to call his manager. He puts some guy on the phone that said it was 200.00 to drop my car. AVOID AT ALL COST! FORCING people to pay with cash with the reason that their credit card machine was not working which is 1000% a lie! Another reason to keep cars longer at their yard and to charge more. They will get what they deserve. One day they will reap what they have been sowing in making people's life miserable. This company is shady. They do not help people but take advantage of their towing capabilities Drivers roam around and even hide to catch cars not parked properly. As soon as the driver leaves they tow the car right away. I was working and doing food delivery. Apartment did not have available parking so I parked my car on a red zone temporarily. Tow driver did not even tell me anything. He was hiding somewhere and as soon as I left he went ahead and towed the car. Even told me that if I want to claim my car, I need to walk and pick it up. The worst crooked, disgusting tow company, they should be out of service and being put in jail for robbing people of their hard working money. They tow my husband van while park on the side walk while downloading tools to work, he was there for about 10 mts. While they quietly tow the van, they pull it out of the side walk and went to another area to finish tiding the van as to not being heard. Their business is to get your car and run so you dont know they took it and make you pay extra by the time you find out is gone. A few years ago, my bike broke down on my way to Vegas. I had someone drive my truck to pick up me and my bike. However, I had no way of getting the bike out of the back of my truck when I got home. Called Edwin's and in less than an hour the bike was out of my truck and in the driveway. Thanks Edwin's!

Moms house for 2 minutes. Neighbors alerted us to the fact our car was being towed. Asked the driver to drop the car and he would not. We were on private property. About 5 minutes after the tow we found the address and took my moms car to the other side of upland to go get our car. I've used Edwin's towing service twice, once in 2016, and once today. The issue both times was my motor home lost all air pressure, which prevented release of the parking brakes, which in turn preventing moving the vehicle. In 2016, I was anticipating that my motor home would need to be towed to a repair facility. I called Javier at Edwin's and he suggested his mechanic, Joe, might be able to fix the problem where my rig was parked, thus avoiding towing.
