Services
We provide services for a wide range of emotional and behavioral concerns providing services that span from therapy for depression and grief counseling to parenting support, couples counseling and beyond. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, we offer a highly personalized and direct approach, tailored to each of our client's individual needs to help attain the personal growth they're striving for.
Sliding Fee scale is available to those who do not have insurance, their insurance is inactive, or do not want to use insurance. It is based on household income and length of session. Please call (319) 777-1258 for more information. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.
Julie believes everyone deserves to be happy with themselves and with their lives. Julie is here to assist in that journey and walk along side as you make discoveries about yourself. Counseling is here to assist when situations happen and you don't know how to cope or are unsure of what direction you want to go next.
A number of benefits are available for participating in counseling. A counselor can provide support, problem-solving skills, and enhanced coping strategies for issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship troubles, unresolved childhood issues, grief, stress management, body image issues and creative blocks.
