What a great find. I've had acupuncture at several places. I've never been to a practitioner who is so interesting and willing to share knowledge. Part of Miles treatment is explaining where and why he's doing what he's doing. He is a big supporter of community wellness and truly practices what he preaches. Besides his skill, personally I feel good about seeing someone who is so involved with with what I feel are important health issues.
Although he used to see two people at the same time in the large treatment room, because of Covid, only one person besides himself can be in his office. He's

Miles is excellent! As a dancer and dance educator my wellbeing and functionality are essential. He's helped me with a popping ankle and knee (among other things) more efficiently than any other health care practitioners I've seen. I also feel safer in the community setting... prefer that more than receiving a treatment in a private setting. Miles listens carefully and treats respectfully!

I was feeling a lot of back and foot pain. I can not believe how much better I feel physically and mentally after my appointments with Miles!!! It is truly amazing that a true professional who could be charging so much more because of his vast training and expertise, has chosen to offer a community approach, This makes it affordable for me, when I would not have been able to manage this type of " top level" service. This experience has been a "life" changer for me. Iam very athletic and health oriented and could not be happier that I now do not have to take traditional medicine or seek expensive

I've been going to New Hope for about two months now and can say that, after having seen two other acupuncturist in Baltimore, New Hope provides a friendly and relaxing environment where your overall well-being is of utmost importance and focus. Additionally, New Hope has flexible payment options due to its community approach, which further attests to the intention of the practitioner (Miles) to share the benefits of Chinese medicine to all.

This place is great. It's an interesting set up because it's a community clinic and multiple people are being treated the same time. But if you don't mind that, the prices are great and it's well worth it.

I went for some help with some ITB-related back and hip pain that surfaces once in a while. I was hobbling around and could hardly even bend over to put on pants legs during the days immediately preceding the day I went in, and while it wasn't magically "cured" when I walked out (he didn't claim it would be), I felt significant relief for the rest of the evening (went out on the town that evening for a bit without any real problems). The pain came back a little the next day, but wasn't nearly as bad, and then quickly subsided over the next couple of days. While he was treating

Miles stopped my cold dead in its tracks! I was feeling miserable, and went in for two sessions back to back, and was feeling better the next day. I don't usually get sick, but when I get a cold it knocks me out for 7-10 days. Acupunture and scraping at New Hope reduced the duration of the last cold I had to 4 days. A few months ago my arthritis in my hands was acting up and giving me some significant pain, and a few sessions with Miles led to significant improvement. At the affordable rates Miles offers, I should be getting in regularly, and would if the drive from Raleigh to Durham
