We closed on our house in Madison this week and we couldn't have done it without the guidance of Troy Garcia. The program does so by providing two key elements: an educational program and access to down payment funds.

I had an amazing experience working with Carlos and Christine at Alvarado Real Estate. My partner and I are first time home buyers and they did a great job of explaining everything to us and making sure we were getting exactly what we were looking for. They were kind, honest, and always had our best interest in mind. They never pushed us toward any of their own property’s either. I would go back to them for any services in the future.

I came to Carlos with a very tight deadline to sell my house and he was so prompt and responsive! He was patient and thorough in guiding me through the process, calling me when clarify was needed. (as was Nilda). He went above and beyond to help with little details to make sure my home was ready for the market. I picked Alvarado because of their initiative "Own it-Building Black Wealth" and am so glad I did! Every realtor should join this network/initiative.

I am so grateful to April Johnson and the Alvarado group for sticking with me for nearly a full year to find the perfect house during one of the most difficult years for real estate (a global pandemic, historically low inventory). I was moving to Madison from Los Angeles and couldn't be there to view any of the homes in person, but April was beyond meticulous in pointing out flaws or shortcomings while virtually taking us through the homes, and helped steer us to the perfect place. So often, people worried about realtors who want to unload clients quickly and gain the maximum commission possible

We highly recommend Alvarado Realty Group! Carlos was so knowledgeable and encouraging throughout the process of selling our home. Cristina gave great advice for staging. Both of them were so responsive and made sure we knew what to expect at every step. We worked with a real estate lawyer to review documents, who said that while he usually finds at least small errors in closing documents, everything was exactly right. "You found a good broker," he said...but we already knew that!
