A. First, we should define Florida Probate, as most people do not understand what it means. Florida Probate is the administration of estates. A personal representative or attorney will present your will, if you have one, to the probate court with an inventory of assets and liabilities of your estate.
A. Move back to the state from which you came. Florida has a six month residence requirement before you can even file for a divorce. If you can wait six months, the divorce procedure is fairly simple, if your marriage is irretrievably broken. A property and separation agreement can be written if both parties agree and if husband and wife can concur on property distribution, alimony, child support, custody and visitation rights.

5 years ago, my father and I went in to update his legal paperwork which included a Trust for his property & the Quit Claim Deed to file that Trust with the county. All of that was created by Pippen in proper order, but for reasons I can't begin to understand, the Deed was never filed with the county. When I called the office to ask why, he said the way he does it is he waits for the person to die before filing.

Joseph F. Pippin is a fraudster in my book. Wrote two trust agreements, two wills, an two Quit-Claim Deeds, for my aged, deaf and impaired mother. $1.1M in liquid assets disappeared out of her allegedly trust. Of course Pippin never recorded any the paper work. When I called to inquire about my beneficiary status, he told me to hire an attorney. He's a senior- citizen financial predator in my book.
