Services
The new shop is approx. 7500 sq ft. and is working well for us. We all love the new space. We have lots of new equipment including a frame rack and laser measuring system, all necessary sopt welding and a lift. We also have a downdraft full filtered paint booth. With all our new space and equipment, we can handle all your needs in the collision world.

I asked very nicely if the owner could provide me with backup on his pricing because his quote was actually much higher than other shops in the area (I did not even mention this to him). The owner responded very angrily and called me basically every word in the book. He even stated that if I left him a bad Google review, then I would be hearing from his lawyer.
I would never spend my money at a shop where the owner is so fragile as to threaten potential customers who simply were asking very standard and reasonable questions in a nice way. I came here looking for a serious auto-quote, not to argue

Excellent communication and service. Absolutely superb body work in the quickest turnaround time anyone could ask for. I got quotes for the repair from multiple body shops around town and their quote was cheaper than anyone else, as well. You can't tell there was ever a dent in the car. Seriously good work all around.

After I was quoted a crazy high price from another company I found Wicked Collision! They were beyond amazing! Great Prices for amazing work! You wouldn’t even be able to tell that I ripped my front bumper off! I was able to keep my car and not pay for a rental and then I went in to get the car fix and it took less then two hours! HIGHLY recommend!

I walked in right as the owner was walking out to leave somewhere. Instead of assigning someone to me, he asked how he could help and came right out to diagnose and fix the problem w/ my truck. It was a 5 minute fix for him, but something I've been dealing with for two weeks because it's not my expertise. It's been a while since I've received customer service like that before. And what's even better, I was curious how he was going to charge me since it was an easy fix for him at next to nothing cost, but I would have still given him money if he'd wanted to charge. I have had a broken pin in the trunk of my Audi Avant for months so the hatch strut could not be attached, causing the hatchback to not stay up, annoying and inconvenient! I took it to McDonald Audi... may have just as well bought a brand new car by the time they were done with their estimate. Two other shops quoted me hundreds of dollars to drop the headliner, remove the interior panels to get behind the pillar and reattach. Called Wicked Collision Center, they were close by and the owner told to come on in and they could probably spot weld it while I waited. Drove in today, the guys looked at

As you will read for yourself in other reviews, and direct responses from the owner, the man who runs this shop has been incredibly abusive and has - on multiple occasions - tried to intimidate and threaten customers who do not give him good reviews. He has made up many lies about how our correspondence has been. I will ignore them because he is clearly troubled.
All you need to know is that he may mark up his prices, and that he is a very difficult and needlessly aggressive man to deal with. I simply asked him over the phone how he priced-out the cost for my repair, and he tried harassing me

Wright and his team did outstanding work on my Lexus. I had a few small issues necessary to repair/replace (rim, rocker, fender line) and the folks at Wicked were prompt, courteous, and detailed the work completed when I picked my vehicle up after just 3 days. I'm not sure this is normal, but their cost on parts was WAY under what a dealer quoted me. Because of their excellent work, quick return, friendly customer interaction, and costs...I would not hesitate to recommend Wicked Collision to anyone in Castle Rock or beyond.

Another shop outsourced Wicked Customs for paint work on my 1961 Galaxie. I reach out to Wicked directly with no returned calls or emails. Paint inconsistent and some areas turned rough as sandpaper (microfiber gets stuck when wiping down the area). Painted the wrong rear deck lid and fails to return calls to return the correct parts to me.
