John F. Jordan, a businessman in tobacco who served as a Guilford County sheriff, a Greensboro commissioner, and Chamber of Commerce director. The house was purchased by the Greensboro Woman's Club in 1921 with the purpose of using the home as a clubhouse. In 1998, the Weir-Jordan House was made available to the public as a banquet and event center.

In 2008, the Weir-Jordan House became the home of Savory St. catering. Conveniently located in downtown Greensboro, a mere 100 yards from First National Bank Field, Savory St. Our food was amazing! We received so many compliments on how awesome it was. We also had them do our cake, which was so delicious my husband can't wait until our anniversary to have another one made.

Savory Street has supplied gingerbread houses with all the trimmings to decorate along with an experienced staff to deliver and help our guests and members decorate their homes at our annual gingerbread decorating event. Plus the gingerbread is delicious! They always go above and beyond.

Terrible phone service. I asked if she had a holiday lunch menu and she proceeded to ask me questions about the party (ie. wasted my time), then told me people just pick off the regular menu that they have.

We attended an event at Triad Stage catered by Stacey and the food was amazing! She and her staff are professional and outstanding in their service keeping everything fresh and stocked. Food presentation is creative with lots of special touches that really add. I fell in love with the individual Mac N Cheese in bacon cups! Everything was fantastic! Thanks Stacey!

I've been to several events that Stacy has catered and I've used her catering services myself. The quality of food has always been excellent, and beautifully presented. She is the exclusive caterer at the Weir-Jordan House, a gorgeous home on the National Register of Historic Places that is a banquet & event venue. She also does catering at other locations. All food she serves is made from scratch- no pre-made or frozen Sams Club items are served by her!

She also is able to provide gorgeous decorations, which complement the food. If you rent the Weir-Jordan House, she will work
