Today my car died and AAA sent R &J towing, The tow truck arrived within 10 minutes, and the tow truck driver Daniel was very very nice. He was helpful and he was very knowledgeable and very quick at his job! Thanks guys you made a bad day better! We needed to call Auto Club to have our truck towed to our mechanic as it wouldn't start, the gas pedal was stuck.

. They were here and left without calling or texting drive right past us we had the garage open with the car pulled out and they didn’t even think to ask. They parked across the street at some random house. They didn’t want to take the car they just wanted their commission from Triple A. Lazy and terrible.

Our travel trailer had a busted axel/wheel about to fall off. Between my insturance company and myself we must have reached out to 15 different services. R & J was by far the most professional through the process. They were one of the few that had the specialized equipment to haul our trailer with a "Low Boy". I can't say enough good things about them - kind, courteous, professional, and got there as soon as they could. Talk about a nightmare of circumstances but Renee, Diana, Cruz (and the entire team) saved the day.

I recently had a problem with a slow leaking tire. Patrick arrived earlier than expected, which was much appreciated. I've needed service from many many tow truck drivers over my lifetime, and some of them were certainly friendly and helpful. That being said, Patrick's patience, knowledge and friendly demeanor were simply amazing. The level of service Patirick provided me was above and beyond any previous tow service I've had in the past. Called AAA to get my boyfriend's car towed about 90 miles to our go-to auto repair shop. We asked if we needed to be there to receive the car and the tow truck driver told us no so we went to grab something to eat. We made sure the address was correct on his tablet and told them that the auto shop knows that they will be receiving the car and that if anything changes we will let him know. He called us and told us he was there and I asked him to give the keys to the auto shop manager thinking that was the end of it. That was around 2:30pm and the auto shop closes at 3pm. Fast forward 2 days

Truly do have AAA MEMBERS customers in need of a Tow , Tire change , gas, vehicle doors unlocked , help out of a wreck , or Just to move a Vehicle ,,best interest at heart.. they have only a few guys who move very fast and know first hand what it's like to be in a situation with a vehicle and truly enjoy helping people in the best way humanly possible..
So yes 5 stars I couldn't choose a better service for Towing..

I would strongly suggest no one use this towing service. The other day while driving home we saw a flat bed truck exceed 90mph on the freeway and cut in and out of the double yellow into the carpool lane over 4 times. He did not have a passenger either. They clearly do not care about their safety or the safety of others around them to be driving such big heavy vehicles at these speeds. He literally cut off several cars, very sad how little respect the driver had for others lives or property.

Absolutely recommend R & J towing. Locked my keys in the rough part of town. I called AAA. They dispatched R & J. Arturo was sent out from their company. He was absolutely amazing. He was so professional, fast and really cared for my well being. He really took the time to explain the process. I definitely will be calling AAA to let them know how amazing Arturo and R & J are.

This tow provider is HORRIBLE. I just called to try to get a quote for a tow and the dispatcher or whoever mans the phone lines answered and hung up. I called again to see if maybe it was a mistake and then there was no answer. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! I wonder how they would feel if it were THEIR family stuck on the side of the road and a provider did this to them??

Angel picked up my truck for aaa - he was fast and knowledgeable and a really nice guy on top! Strapped the truck at all 4 points instead of being lazy and doing 2 opposite. Family has been in the towing business in jersey since 1947. It's nice to see good drivers out there. Thanks Angel for being a doll!

Enrique from R&J towing was so freaking cool. I locked my keys in my trunk right before leaving Lancaster - called AAA and they had R&J on the way pronto. Enrique got there, opened my ride and we tried to open the trunk but since my car is all electronic, because there was no key in the ignition, the trunk release did not work. Instead of him just leaving and saying oh well, he threw out suggestions to get on YouTube or wait until the next morning and have a key made to allow me to get my keys out the trunk. Needless to say, we found a video on YouTube to pull the seat down from the inside

My boyfriend left his car keys inside his car. I called AAA and they sent R&J towing the ETA was 8:10am but they arrived at 7:45 am. Of course they checked My ID and AAA membership card (standard AAA protocol). He unlocked the car with no scratches or damage. He was very friendly and very understanding of my loud cattle dog.
