Ross Baker Towing has one of the largest light duty and flatbed towing fleets in the San Fernando Valley. We provide towing service to a range of vehicles from exotic to fleet vehicles. Our flatbed tow trucks provide damage-free towing for exotic and low profile vehicles. Our fleet includes tow trucks especially designed for low clearance underground garage parking access.
Every Thursday, rain or shine, FREE public auto auctions are held for vehicles abandoned at our impound facility. Vehicles are sold "as is" to the highest bidder for impound charges owed. Viewing starts at 6:30 PM: Bidding starts at 7:30 PM. A valid, government issued ID is required for bidder registration and a full payment is required at the time of final bid.

I can't believe how I was treated just now! My boyfriend and I walk in and a man approached my boyfriend who was black by the way, and came at him and said "get your hands out of your pockets!" I was so uncomfortable and thrown off as we stood in silence waiting to be helped by him and then he said "he can help you over there" pointing at the other guy who was working. No hello, no how's your day or how can I help you, just silence! I felt at that point I had to say something so I looked at the man who was rude to is and said "wow no hello or how can I help you

The ticket I got boxed me in. This company ripped me off $300, handled my car in an unsafe way when it was returned to me, and had a generally disgruntled attitude. The clerk forced me to re-sign a credit card receipt due to the signature not being 200 percent exact. I was under a lot of stress that was clear and they did nothing to help.
At one point the clerk actually stopped talking to me midway through a conversation. They were oblivious to my clear distress that I had believed my car was stolen. It was already a joke that my car got towed over a minor street parking error that I never noticed

My car was stolen and they found it and towed, but did not let us to know. After a week i received letter from police and began search my car. I found it in their storage and they charged 560 dollars without reason. But it was not my fault. And after, the worker count 125 dollars for traking my car just 8 miles. I think it is not a good practice.

This is a horrible company. They impounded and towed a car that was parked on the street with no parking signs and sent me the bill. I donated this vehicle in Oct. 2014 to Cars 4 Causes, check out my review on them, and the vehicle was sold and impounded in Dec. When I got the bill I called Ross Baker Towing and told them I am not the owner and explained I donated the car back in Oct. They said they wold remove my name from their computer/list.
