His mother, Annette Kratz, was an agent for more than 32 years prior to her retirement from the business in 2011. My wife and I were extremely happy working with Rolfe! We were first time home-buyers who were moving cross country so getting to see homes we liked was tough. However, Rolfe made the process as easy as it could be. Before moving into the area, Rolfe toured all the homes on our behalf and provided pictures and his thoughts on the property. He was extremely patient with us and answered all our questions. After we were able to move into temporary housing Rolfe continued to help and provided us with sound advice as we looked to make this big purchase. I have had a great experience both buying a property with Todd and selling the same property with him almost 10 years later!
