I put in an application, paid the fees, and they didn’t update me about the property I wanted to rent and I waited a whole month or two without a word nor call being made to me about an update and I also tried to reach out to them but they had attitudes. They also have terrible communication skills and terrible management. I hope you don’t waste your time or money.

Yesterday, I went in with a folder of paperwork showing reasons why I was asking to break my lease. I was relaying the information to ladies at the front desk. One of them walked to the office where who I can only assume belonged to the Leasing Manager (a male) and another employee (female) who were YELLING so loudly in their offices about my request to break the lease, I heard it at the front counter. The (presumed) Leasing Manager clearly yelled, “She’s not getting out of that lease. One of my family members owns that property.” The female employee that he was yelling this to was heard

Dolee cares about nothing but collecting rent. When you need something fixed they tell you to put in a “work order” but if you don’t keep calling them they will never come. This company is horrible! Wish there was a rating lower than one star. Thats what they deserve. The list goes on but I will keep it short. You will be sorry if you rent from them. Thats the truth!

I will give Dooley rennals a 0 star absolutely 0. They have consistently ignored my request to ask their tenets at 11:10 Rawson drive to pick up and clean up the trash that they continue later out of their cars into the street. Not even that is as badd as the fact that 1 of their tenants held a party on April the 13th 28th 18 and which there were over 80 people in attendance and when I asked them to turn down the music and close up the party at a quarter to midnight I was beaten unconscious. But, James Wright who owns the building and duly Reynolds said that they vetted all of the applicant's well

They wanted to charge a friend for replacing floors after they moved out when carpet was clean and she had pictures of duplex when they moved out. It was cleaner when they left than when they moved in. They refused to pay the $800 that supposedly cost to fix. Needless to say it went on credit report and they have disputed it three times with no luck.

I was employed with this company for three years, as well as rented an apt from them during the same time frame. I moved out of my apt as well as resigned from my position also around the same time frame. During my time employed w/ the company, Mrs Mills took my rent out of my paychecks, each pay period. A short while after I moved out, I received a letter from Dolee Rentals saying I owed them money for repairs, of which I am not aware of. I have pictures of the inside of said property after I moved out... showing I had cleaned, etc prior to turning in my key. A while later, I find out this amount
