We called to inquire about viewing an apartment managed by this company. They stated we could come get the key and look ourselves. We drove from Leesburg to their address in Albany (not far, but not convenient either when trying to house hunt). When we went in to get the key, they stated their technicians had the key to that particular apartment and the technician was at the place we had just left. Very clueless or just plain lazy staff. We decided against renting from this particular agency so if you go through them, check to make sure they are actively trying to get your property shown. This
