As a family company, we needed a company name. Julio Ulloa was a great man who served his small community in Tlacuitapa, Jalisco, Mexico in the 1960's-1980's. The "Estanquillo de Don Julio" continued after immigrating to the Bay Area. His children and grandchildren learned the love and passion of cooking and serving those around them.

Family-owned and operated, loved seeing generations working hard under the same tent with the older-gen on the grill, their kids helping customers, and their kids kids ladling out the drinks.
We found them at Niles Farmers Market and upon seeing the vibe decided to change our lunch plans and get food here and eat on the nearby benches in front of the train station.
The birria taco was good, the outside was actually crunchy and the meat was not overcooked to oblivion. Very tasty and wish I ordered more of these. Iced Horchata Latte also perfect on a warm day, nice and cold and had that cinnamon

Don Julio's Catering was at Niles Farmers Market. They sell tacos, tortas and my favorite item on their menu is the quesabirrias. Their entire staff is wearing masks and gloves and they also provide hand sanitizer. They accept cash or card which is super convenient. Their quesabirrias are so yummy and come with lots of cheese which makes them so great! The food is ready within minutes of ordering. Although they are usually at the Niles Farmers Market on Saturday's from 10am-2pm you can also book them for a private event. I would highly recommend!

We used Don Julio's catering for our baby shower and they delivered white glove service for my family and I that far surpassed our expectations. The food was beyond delicious and the quesabirrias were the talk of the party. People went back for seconds and even thirds. We highly recommend them (10/10) for all your events and my whole family found our go-to catering business going forward.

I attended my cousins wedding last night. Due to COVID all staff members were wearing masks and hand hand sanitizer at a couple of locations near the food. Food was delicious and looked awesome. They also offer alcoholic beverages. My cantarito was amazing. They offer services for small and large events. I would definitely recommend them.
