Meet the Team Report

Tracey has worked for Knutson Family Dentistry since 1997 and has been a patient of the clinic since she was 7. She graduated from the University of South Dakota dental hygiene program in 1997 with a bachelor's degree in dental hygiene, as well as a minor in biology. What she likes most about her job is getting to know the patients at their appointments and helping them meet their dental needs.

Meet the Doctors Report

Matt is a Vermillion native. He attended elementary, middle, and high school in Vermillion. Dr. Matt earned his Eagle Scout award in the Vermillion troop 66 and played football as a Tanager. After high school, Dr. Matt was awarded the Presidential Alumni scholarship to attend the University of South Dakota and in '99, graduated with honors as a University Scholar.

New Patients Report

If you are scheduled with our office for a dental emergency, we will take x-rays of your teeth and one of our doctors will meet with you to discuss your x-rays and options for your individual treatment plan. If you are scheduled for an oral hygiene visit, one of our hygienists will clean and polish your teeth as well as take x-rays.

I had a very awesome experience at Knutson Family Dentistry!! Carrie was very friendly, got to know me and did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Matt was very friendly as well and talked to me about my teeth in a way I could understand what was happening. They made me feel very comfortable and like I was in good hands. I had a very great experience here and will be back in 6 months for my next cleaning!

I had great experience during my visit today. The clinic was nice and everyone was very friendly. Jaida was my dental hygienist and she was super nice and helpful. She let me address my concerns and give me a lot of details about my dental condition. She did a great job in taking care of me and helping me communicate with the doctor. At the end, I received gift bags from them. I felt comfortable, it was a great visit!!!

An impressive experience from reception to treatment. These are the pros! Very calm, professional environment and demeanors. I was in and out within a half hour and that included completing medical history and repair of chipped tooth. Wow! Highly recommend!

Management of office is efficient and friendly. Their practice of providing a treatment plan with expected cost prior to treatment is much appreciated. This allows for budget planning for your treatment. Knuston also has advanced equipment which makes a visit more pleasant.

I have been going to KFD ever since I started going to the dentist. I love the atmosphere there everyone is so friendly! They make going to the dentist so easy and painless. It makes you want to go to the dentist when you get that postcard in the mail!
