I have to hound the doctor almost every time I need a prescription refilled. I leave messages at the office and no one calls me back. My pharmacy has been trying to get ahold of the office for weeks to refill my birth control with no luck. I finally called to see what’s going on and the receptionist was very rude. This was not the first time this had happened. I never leave negative reviews but this is ridiculous. I will be finding a new doctor.

Waste of money. Went here for a IPL. I was concerned about one spot and asked the esthetician repeatedly if the procedure would get rid of the spot and she said yes. I’m almost certain she did not speak fluent English and didn’t understand what I was asking. I asked her to not put any product on my face as it’s very sensitive and she did it anyway. $150 dollars later my skin looked worse from the product she put on. Two weeks later my skin looked no different than when I went in- spot was still there. Waste of money. Do not recommend.

I’ve been coming to Dr. Dmytriv for 7 or so years now and she is nothing short of amazing. She always thoroughly answers my questions, provides her honest professional opinion, and is compassionate during my visits. I’m also very happy that MHC moved to West Town/Ukrainian village. Chicago Ave is such an easy location to get to on any mode of transportation.
