I had the greatest experience yesterday with Topper's. They took my order, and set my expectations for delivery late in the day, and delivered ahead of schedule to my daughter's office. This turned out to be a Godsend because her office staff members were sent home early due to power blackouts. The flowers arrived just as she and some of her coworkers were leaving the building, and the delivery person asked if any of them knew my daughter! Thank you so much for being responsive and delivering beautiful flowers!

This company is amazing. The quality of the customer service is just as good as the quality of their floral arrangements. They always help me out in a crunch (I may happen to be a last minute person, oops! Sorry guys!) and they always do everything they can to help me out, and they never let me down! They always go up and above my expectations, and are very friendly and helpful. This quality of customer service isn't something you see much anymore! Not to mention the beautiful flowers they put out! I'm always in awe!

I went to a wedding a few weeks ago in downtown Seattle and although this is not usually my style, the flower arrangements were so beautiful that I had to ask where they were from. I am nowhere close to getting married but my florist has been decided! The arrangements were truly unique and stood out more than any other wedding flowers that I can remember. The wedding planner who I talked to also advised that Topper’s is a great company-so that is an added plus!

We have used them for floral arrangements at a few different events, and I have always been very pleased with the outcome (not to mention have gotten many compliments). Topper's is wonderful. I ordered flowers for my mother from Topper's. Because she lives in a secure building it was kind of a tricky delivery. The folks at Topper's really went the extra mile to see that she got her flowers . I just got a picture of the flowers that she emailed me and they are beautiful, exactly like the picture on their website. Topper's even sent me an email when my order was delivered.
