An outreach ministry of Highland Presbyterian Church, Highland Learning Center is committed to providing a safe, nurturing, Christian environment that fosters a solid foundation for lifelong success. Our Learning Center respects and believes that children are unique individuals with the ability to construct knowledge about themselves, others, and the world around them through active learning.

We believe in providing meaningful activities that encourage them to learn through play, exploration, and discovery as they grow. As a four-star rated, successful daycare, we provide many opportunities for your child to learn and grow both educationally and in their faith.
Services
Having multiple classrooms allows us and our staff to spend more devoted time to each child. We want to be a second home for the children who attend, and we want our parents to feel that their child is getting the same individualized attention they would at home. Feel free to take a virtual tour of your child's potential new classroom by choosing the correct option below!
Our goal is to provide a safe and nurturing learning environment for infants 6 week to 12 months of age. With a focus on their individual care, schedules, and development, our staff is able to create secure bonds with each infant and support their individual growth as they freely explore age and developmentally appropriate materials.
Our goal is to provide a safe and nurturing learning environment for toddlers ages 12 to 24 months. Our staff strives to create engaging opportunities to foster our toddlers growth and development as they actively explore and practice both new and familiar skills. Our toddler classrooms are equipped with age and developmentally appropriate materials that will have them immersed in meaningful experiences.
Our after school care program offers an enriching, fun, and stimulating environment for kindergartners through 6th grade that supports and challenges their curiosity, independence, and social competence through self- and teacher directed activities. Summer Programming: multiple weekly field trips, bowling and skating, fishing, Airborne & Special Operations Museum, Transportation Museum, local parks and businesses, and the public library.

When I was searching for a daycare for my three years old, I picked Highland Learning Center as a possible choice, because location was close to my job. I read yahoo's reviews for this school and they were really bad, that was my biggest mistake, I enrolled my son into the school, were everyone was really kind and nice, I found out later on, that his teacher Mrs. Susan she seems overwhelmed most of the time she was with the kids, you can clear notice that she do not have any control of the kids. This school has a "Montessori method" well that method was not working at all, kids with different ages
