Hello and thank you for taking the time read a little about my story. I began my adventure at Don Kendrick Real Estate when I was 20 years old and had just finished a semester abroad in Spain. Starting off as an office assistant gave me the opportunity to learn from some of the best people and gain friendships that still today play a very important role in my life.
Located on the eastern border of Los Angeles County and home to just over 34,000 residents. The City of Claremont has been referred to as the City of Trees and PhDs due to its nearly 24,000 city trees and residents with advanced degrees from the seven independent institutions that make up The Claremont Colleges.

I very strongly recommend against hiring Don Kendrick. In my experience, he used his position as Mayor/Real Estate Agent to recommend his friends for my elderly mother's estate sale. Then when the friends that he recommended ripped my mother off, he refused to answer my phone calls, and he didn't have the integrity to back his recommendation. His recommended estate sales "friends" used my mother's home to sell their own items while neglecting my mother's, and they stripped her home of items that we had discussed were to be sold with the house (washer/dryer, fridge

Where do I start?? We have used Brian DeMott to sell a home and purchase a home. Even though Brian is from the Inland Empire, he sold my fiance's home in Burbank in 3 weeks!!! He ALWAYS does market research and brings that to the table along with his years of experience. He is professional and attentive. He is always on time and available whenever we need him.
