Great group led by Sharon Roark - a very experienced and knowledgeable agent. She keeps up with a lot of special programs other agents don't. For example, she knew about a program that helps first time home buyers get a $5000 grant to help them buy a home. My daughter was able to use that to pay the closing costs on her first home - she wouldn't have been able to afford the property otherwise. My daughter had been working with another agent for several weeks who didn't know anything about this program - if we hadn't run into Sharon, my daughter would have missed out on $5000. I had some very specific criteria for what I wanted in a house and was having a hard time finding something that worked for me within my budget. I had worked with a couple of other agents who seemed determined to get me to buy whatever house they had in mind and I didn't like that.
Sharon's motto is "No Pressure - No Kidding" and she really lives up to that. She worked hard to find a house that met my key criteria and I didn't feel pressured at all with her. After a couple of months of looking, we found THE ONE and we snagged that house ASAP!

My family thoroughly enjoyed working with Sharon on the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old one. She helped stage our existing house so it looked its best and was able to get us more than we thought we'd get for it.
She was hardcore when it came to negotiating the contract on our new house -- not to imply she was mean or abrupt, but just that she knew what she was doing and wouldn't let us settle for the first response to our offer.
