John the Bug Man or Bugsy, started his pest control career in 1989 under the direction of Bob Belmont, a well-known entomologist. After several years of working for both Belmont Pest Control and A-1 Effective Exterminating, John took his state certification exams and formed Premier Pest Management Inc in 2001.
John is a state-certified operator in both general household pest control and lawn and ornamental. He is always looking forward to improving his expertise through pest control publications and continuing education courses. I had a horrendous experience with John, owner of Premiere Pest Control. This man was both unprofessional and argumentative with me when I asked him not to spray in my home. I gave him permission to spray only in the garage, but he didn't even spend 10 seconds out there, and did not lay a barrier by the doors, including the garage door. He sprayed in my home, anyway against my wishes, telling me, "I shouldn't be telling him how to do his job". In spraying under the sink, range, and washing machine area, the pesticide ran back out all over my floor. I pointed the mess out
