As a long-term care pharmacy (LTCP), we provide medications and consultant pharmacy services to long-term care facilities such as nursing homes. As a LTCP, we provide continuous access to a pharmacist as well as offer emergency delivery of medication. Horrible customer service. You Give the employees specific information for the delivery man and it never gets delivered to the right person. You call and complain and the answer you get is worse. What if some people can’t drive because of the meds they’re in? Or don’t own a car? Horrible horrible ill b sure to change pharmacist. Nasty attitudes aswell.
