Garage tech installed two garage doors for us 11 years ago, and recently we had one of the springs snap as the garage door was trying to open. Garage Tech was able to come out quickly with the correct part and replace the spring along with checking & lubricating both doors.
They were excellent to work with and very competitive on pricing, we're extremely pleased.

Our garage door had a spring snap and break off into the door. Replaced both springs with safety cables (Extension Spring Repair), replaced four damaged pulleys, and replaced our keypad to open the door from the outside. All in, $451.95. I know this amount sounds high but to get our door back and operating safely it was well worth the cost!!! James Tronsen was the service technician from Garage Tech and he was on time, courteous, thoroughly professional and a pleasure to have in our home to complete the repairs to our garage door. He also lubricated the pulley system. I called another company

I had to wait a little bit for the garage door to come in, then made an appointment for installation. He arrived on time, adjusted my other garage door and greased it. I had a gap around the old door which he installed weather stripping. He was very nice and professional and did a great job, the door looks wonderful and operates well. I believe it was done at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

I called Garage Tech on Monday morning and their technician was here within twenty-four hours. My wooden door is old and creaky. The tech corrected the mis-aligned wheel problem and then proceeded to give my door a tuneup. The door has never opened so smoothly in years. Awesome service! And a very reasonable charge too.

After having had 3 poor experiences with other garage door companies, I found Garage Tech through our local FB community page. Several others spoke very highly of the company, owner and employees so when my garage door opener broke this last week, I called for an appointment. From the moment I called, I spoke with Shawna---who was very nice and helped me trouble shoot my issues to see if I could get my opener to work (rather than having to send a technician out if not necessary-(WHO does that anymore---GARAGE TECH!) They did a fantastic job with our garage doors. We had old, wood doors from the 80s and Chris came out and quoted us exactly what we wanted. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We placed the order and were given a pretty long lead time (due to Covid) and when a factory issue caused another delay, we got a phone call letting us know. It was out of their hands, but they communicated everything to us. Before installation, they called to verify that they would be there the next day and gave a 30 minute window. These guys are good. Had a broken garage door spring. They showed up right on time and replaced the springs on one door. I asked about having the springs on the 2nd door done, and they did that one too......in record time. They are fast, efficient, and do great work for a reasonable price. The first time was a year ago to reinforce my wood garage door. The job was done exceptionally well.
The second time he came out was today to repair and replace broken springs and pulleys. Again the job was done perfectly in less than 20 minutes. Couldn't be more pleased with his professional service and expertise.

Super impressed. I had a tenant that reached out with a garage door that wasn't working. Garage Tech scheduled service for a few days out but then ended up coming the same day because of an opening. My tenant reached out to me at 9am and Garage Tech had installed a whole new opener by 1pm. The price was great and now I don't have to worry about the garage breaking down for a long time. They communicated great and we totally on top of my need. 5 stars!
