Derek began his training in Europe in 1979 and moved to California in 1983 to manage the renowned La Couronne restaurant. His passion for food and service led him to open Dereks's Bistro and Dickenson Fine Catering in 1995. Derek's Bistro was sold in 2009 so he could focus solely on catering and special events.

Derek Dickenson Events offers boutique floral arrangement's and design for all events including Weddings, private parties, dinners and outdoor gatherings. We offer one of a kind floral decorations. We can incorporate all of our floral designs with backdrops, lighting and your center pieces. All of our floral decorations are custom designed to your preference.
