For years Spotted Hen Catering has been at the forefront of the farm to table movement. Servicing the greater Los Angeles area, we specialize in combining the freshest seasonal produce local farms with innovative recipes to bring our clients only the best in food and service. We work with you to customize your menu to fit any and every style and size event, from simple drop off service to the most elegant wedding.
Spotted Hen is Happy to offer delicious, individually packaged meals to your production for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Meals come hot and ready to eat. We offer set up and break down, and can offer a server on site (all servers are outfitted with proper PPE). All allergens and ingredients are listed to make it easy to order for anyone and everyone in your office.
Spotted Hen is well known for many things, none more than our amazing baked goods. From wedding cakes to birthdays cupcakes, Valentine's Day treats, Thanksgiving and Holiday pies, we do it all. Orders need to be placed a minimum of 48 hours prior to delivery/pick up. Custom orders available, just ask!.

Don't look elsewhere -- hire these people immediately! Cindy & crew at Spotted Hen are incredible and just the best people to work with. Excellent communication and planning and of course the food itself is mind meltingly good. They catered our wedding recently and we got so many compliments on the food...you really cannot go wrong. We're a very food motivated crowd and this team crushed it.

Spotted Hen catered our wedding at the Grass Room in Los Angeles on October 1, 2021. They did an excellent job with everything, from food to drinks to dessert. The food was delicious and presented beautifully, and the bar service was extremely high quality. We loved working with Terri and Cindy, and especially enjoyed our tastings at Terri's home with all of her dogs. We highly recommend Spotted Hen!

Spotted Hen catered our modest wedding a dozen years ago, and it's become a reason to host a big party ever since! The food is really amazing, and it's really clear the staff cares about fresh, well-made food. We tend to do a lot of stuff by ourself, and like that we can browse their menu to pick what works with everyone's diets and our budget. They're seasoned caterers and offer help when we're not sure how to size things out.
The bakery goods are the same recipes from the legendary Auntie Ems Kitchen. They've prepared a custom Mexican chocolate cake for us every year (pictured), and have enjoyed

Spotted Hen Catering is amazing!!! Our family friend Shane recommended them to us because she uses them all of the time, and we are so thankful that she did! They were so professional and easy to work with! We had them cater our micro wedding, and they were so flexible in answering all of our questions and providing an incredible dining experience for us! From the appetizers to dessert, every course was beautifully plated and delicious! We were able to choose and customize our menu. The staff was friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious! We would absolutely use them again and recommend them

As a planner, I work with so many different caterers, and I can say with confidence that Spotted Hen Catering puts out amazing food, has excellent service, works within your budget, and is nothing but professional. Cindy has a great response time and really knows her stuff. Their farm-to-table approach is right in line with our sustainability mission, and her team was so on top of everything on the day-of, even seamlessly working with our compost vendor without skipping a beat.
